1How do I schedule a consultation?

We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

3Do we need to sign a Privacy Agreement (NDA) before we start?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an NDA to sign. This is to ensure that any information shared during the consultation and project development remains confidential.

Please be aware that during the free consultation call, we do not discuss your idea and therefore, an NDA is not required prior to this call.

4What is the difference between a free consultation and a paid consultation?

In a free consultation, we will provide an overview of our services and guide you on the necessary steps for your unique idea.

5How do I make a payment for a consultation or package?

9Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which could prevent you from attending your consultation.

We operate a strict no-refund policy for cancelled consultations. However, we are happy to reschedule your consultation if we are provided with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

10Can we arrange after hours consultations?

Yes, we understand that some clients may require consultations outside of our regular business hours. While there may be an increased rate for after-hours consultations, we are happy to assist you at a time that suits your schedule.
